After Hours
- After 6 pm and before 7 am is considered after hours.
Emergency Treatment
- Response within 4 hours, if scheduled during business hours otherwise 24 hours.
- Fully Equipped PPE attire.
Customer Responsibility
- Prep for application (ensuring surfaces have been wiped and are ready for product application).
If you need professional cleaning and help with coordinating this we can arrange a cleaning service prior to our treatment(it will be a separate cost).
